1Information We Collect
Anonymous Account & Game Data
When you launch Sum & Match, we automatically generate an anonymous user identifier via Firebase Authentication. This identifier has no connection to your name, email, or any personally identifiable information. It is used solely to save your high scores, level progress, and unlocked achievements in Cloud Firestore.
Analytics & Diagnostics
We use Firebase Analytics to understand aggregate, anonymised usage trends — for example, which game modes are most popular or how often hints are used. We use Firebase Crashlytics to receive automatic crash reports so we can fix bugs quickly. Neither service sends us your name or contact details.
Advertising Data
We use Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) to display ads that help support free access to the game. AdMob may collect device identifiers, crash logs, and performance data to serve relevant ads. If you grant permission on iOS, the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) may be used for personalised ads. You can revoke this at any time in your device settings.
2How We Use Your Information
We use collected information solely to:
- Maintain your game progress, high scores, and achievement history across sessions.
- Fix app crashes, bugs, and performance issues.
- Analyse aggregate gameplay metrics to balance difficulty and design new features.
- Display advertisements to fund free access to the game.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4Data Retention & Security
Game state data (scores and achievements) associated with your anonymous ID is retained in Cloud Firestore to preserve your progress across sessions. Since we do not collect email addresses, names, or passwords, no personally identifiable information is stored on our servers.
We employ industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your data. You may clear local game state at any time by uninstalling the app.
5Children's Privacy
Sum & Match does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us at support@zyvalabs.com and we will delete it promptly.
